The Mind's Garden
THE PROJECT
The illustration is my contribution to a calendar for Altroconsumo, an Italian organization that advocates for consumer rights and promotes a transparent and sustainable market. The image aims to address mental health through the representation of a Japanese garden, a space rich in symbolism and often associated with meditation. It depicts individuals tending to the garden, and by reflex, to their own well-being. This idea is further emphasized by the metaphor of the pond, which resembles a human face.
