The rock ptarmigan, a symbol of silent survival in high-altitude environments, becomes the protagonist of an increasingly fragile ecosystem. Once its white plumage ensured perfect camouflage during winter; today, with the lack of snow, that same trait makes it more visible to predators.
This and many other works are part of “Accade Ora – The Effects of Climate Change”, a group exhibition promoted by the Associazione Musei d’Ossola, aiming to depict the delicate and vital balance between animal, seasons, and landscape.
